The agency is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) as a program that provides low-cost immigration counseling and has the necessary experience and knowledge relating to immigration law and procedures.
Our goal is to ensure that all individuals and families have access to affordable and professional legal immigration services.

We are not United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). However, Catholic Charities personnel are authorized to present cases before the USCIS and immigration court.
If you qualify for services, our experienced, multilingual staff of attorneys and BIA accredited representatives can assist with your application preparation and supporting documentation. If your case requires extensive legal expertise, a decision to accept your case will be made after careful review of all issues.
