Who We Are

The Family Stability Program provides homeless prevention and rapid rehousing services to men, women and families who are either experiencing homelessness or are at risk of being homeless. Financial assistance is provided to those in need who meet the eligibility criteria for various funding sources. The eligibility criteria and the amount of funding available varies by funding source, the location where assistance is needed and the situation and circumstances of those in need. A comprehensive assessment completed by a Family Stability Program case manager determines eligibility. We serve clients from the following nine counties: Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, and Sumter counties. Click here for information on COVID-19 pandemic-related rental assistance.
