Volunteer Find Help Donate

Giving by credit card is simple and secure!
You can also set up a recurring gift, offering continuous support to our mission.
No matter the size of your contribution, your generosity ensures that help is always available for our neighbors who are most in need.

1. Cash/Checks

Please make checks payable to Catholic Charities of Central Florida noting your gift restriction on the memo line. You may mail your check to:

Catholic Charities of Central Florida

1819 N. Semoran Blvd

Orlando, FL 32807

Memorials

Your gift can be made in memory or in honor of a loved one. Simply provide their name and, if you would like their family to receive a memorial card on your behalf, include their contact information.

2.Vehicle Donations

Are you considering donating your used vehicle to Catholic Charities?

We partner with the CARS vehicle donation program. CARS will tow your vehicle at no cost to you, sell it at the best price and provide you with a tax deductible receipt. Catholic Charities of Central Florida will receive proceeds from the sale of your vehicle.

3. Gift of Stock or Mutual Funds

We gladly accept gifts of stock or mutual funds. Simply request that your broker/agent transfer stock. If the stock has been held long-term (more than one year), the donor does not have to pay capital gains tax on the stock and is allowed a tax deduction for the full value of the stock. The stock must be transferred to the beneficiary first before being liquidated.

For assistance or more information about stock donations please contact Diana Garcia at 407-658-1818 ext. # 1236 or dgarcia@cflcc.org.

4. Gifts from Retirement Accounts

For donors over 70 ½, there are many tax advantages to giving through an individual retirement account. You may request that a qualified charitable distribution be sent directly to Catholic Charities of Central Florida which can satisfy all or part of your required minimum distribution and reduce your taxable income.

5. Gifts from a Donor Advised Fund

Catholic Charities of Central Florida is a qualified charity eligible to receive grants from donor advised funds. Contact your account administrator to recommend a grant to our ministries.

6. Gifts of Property, Life Insurance, Annuities, Wills or Bequests

There are different ways to support our ministries both today and in the years to come through planned gifts. Families or individuals can leave a legacy with a gift of real estate, personal property, life insurance, estate bequests, annuities, or charitable remainder trusts.

Vivos Christi Legacy Society

Donors who include a planned gift in their estate plans are automatically recognized as members of the Catholic Foundation of Central Florida’s Vivos Christi Society, Catholic Charities Chapter. Donors can choose to be a named or anonymous member.  Gift amounts will always remain confidential.
