Services Offered

You are not alone. Get connected with the help, support, and resources you need free of charge.

Financial Management

We provide free education workshops to help you set financial goals, take control over debt, develop knowledge regarding financial products that could be a good fit for you, and how to recognize and avoid scams/fraud.

Budget Coaching

At its core, a budget is a worksheet with separate categories for income, expenses, and savings. Whatever your path may be, you’ll want to keep your finances organized and make smart decisions regarding money! We will teach you how to track your spending, set realistic goals, and make a plan that will give you a greater sense of control over your financial life.

Credit Building

Building credit from scratch does not have to be difficult. We can help you learn how to establish credit by understanding the fundamentals of credit and implementing strategies to help you keep your credit headed in the right direction.

Mortgage Counseling

A housing counselor can talk to you about your situation and help you decide what mortgage options are best for you, whether you are preparing to buy a home for the first time or looking to refinance to make home improvements.

Rental Counseling

Housing counseling agencies play an essential role in reducing evictions by: helping clients identify an affordable unit, providing information to renters on tenant rights and faith housing issues, counseling on household budgeting and good rental practices, and connecting clients with community resources.

Foreclosure Prevention

If you have missed any mortgage payments, are about to miss a payment, or if your loan already has been referred to an attorney for foreclosure, a HUD-approved counselor can assist you and discuss specific options that may work for you.

Fair Housing

Our mission is to help individuals and families from majority and minority groups with their housing needs, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status.

The services provided by Housing throughout the Diocese of Orlando are made possible thanks to the help of our generous partner.
