Pathways to New Hope is a permanent supportive housing program located in Sanford, FL. It provides 15 efficiency-style apartments and offers supportive, educational, and vocational services. Our mission is to help residents achieve higher-paying occupations and reduce the risk of homelessness by providing affordable housing and on-site vocational training.

Pathways to New Hope offers 15 efficiency-style units for residents of Seminole County, with first-floor units accessible to those with mobility challenges. Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and residents may pay privately or use HUD approved housing vouchers. Monthly rent includes utilities (WIFI, electricity, water, and sewage) as well as access to supportive services.

Residents at Pathways to New Hope can develop a personalized Life Plan with regular case management support. Available services include career and housing counseling, health education, technology training, computer lab access, therapeutic events, and vocational training. Additionally, an on-site professional kitchen, in partnership with Seminole State College, offers a certificate program in Culinary and Hospitality Management.
